   Modern Housing is a division of Tarheel Housing Center, Inc. which was founded in 1982 by Joe Daughtery. Our Company is the area's Oldest Home Retailer proud of our over 2000 homeowners who purchased their home from us. Our company has been recognized through the years as a leader by many organizations.  We are the only local Manufactured/Mobile Retailer licensed by the NC Real Estate Commission. Danny Grant joined our company January 2010, He has been a General Manager for over 12 years and has aquired many awards for being top 5 retailer 3 of which were for # 1 Retailer!! Danny has the experience and know how assisting  hundreds of families move into their new home.
Sharon Froehlich an experienced sales representative whom has over 17 years in sales and management is an in house credit repair underwriter and is also the go to person in sales for Modern Housing. She can multi-task between repairing your credit and helping to put you with your new home from Modern Housing.
